The service is slow

Central location. Spacious room, especially family room. Friendly staff. Value for money

Slow elevator especially during peak hour.

Room was clean and nice.

Alacarte foods were really bad and took 40min to prepare at lunch time.

Location, nice view, good TV (Samsung)

Automatic light in the wardrobe switched on randomly so we had to call an electrician in the midnight to cut it off.Lightning in the bathroom was not enough. Beds were not very soft. Noise isolation wasn’t perfect. Very slow elevators.Receptionists keep talking with each other when you come to the deck. It’s not acceptable for a 5-stars hotel.

Fresh and clean Lobby. Staff were amazing. Room was incredible , an amazing View aside from odd placement of beautiful bathtub ?. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered to many cultures , one of the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely a 5 Star Hotel.

I’m really digging here ?We had dinner on 28 th floor. Incredible view from our outside table. Dinner was good but delivery was slow , food prepared on 3 rd floor. No thought on delivery and timing of dinner. We wanted Lamb and Beef served with Red Wine ? aCommon sense decision from kitchen staff . Cheese cake for dessert, it was delivered Frozen. Had to wait 20 minutes to eat . Not the server’s fault but Chef in charge of kitchen.

Unprofessional and poor service, extremely slow.The hairdryer and electricity didn’t work on the first day. When I called for support, they hung up before I had finished asking my questions—this happened likely every time.When I asked for toilet paper, I had to remind them three times. When the toilet got clogged, I also had to remind the hotel staff several times. In the end, I unclogged it myself.P.S. This all happened while I was sick with nausea and stomach issues.I booked the hotel including flight transfers to and from the hotel, all paid in advance.However, the hotel staff missed the flight transfer because I had to remind them the day before arrival. When we arrived, they had only booked a four-seater car, even though we were seven people, including elderly and a child.The transfer was supposed to be free, as confirmed in the booking, but the staff claimed we had to pay for it. When I showed them the receipt proving that it was included, they said the booking site was fakeThere was clearly no communication between the staff, as they all kept asking the same questions, and the information we provided never seemed to reach everyone.after we had shown multiple proofs and pointed out several examples of their unprofessionalism—they said that they will offer a free transfer. But that was obvious, since we had already booked it as part of the package.

We rented a room for a day, were very pleased. High floor, great view of the sea. There is a small balcony from where you can see both the sea and the mountains. We chose this room because of the bathroom. We wanted an open bathroom with a panoramic view. I was afraid that the photo on the website was taken with a wide lens and in reality there would be little space. In reality the room looks like in the photo, the room is not small, there is room to turn around. Clean, cozy, we really liked it. The staff is polite, friendly, there is a sauna, indoor pool. Excellent value for money. Thank you

Close to the beach and has a cute gift shop in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and balcony views of the ocean were beautiful. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Daily room cleanings were good.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Something between a 3-4. Shower head wasn't working very well and kept flooding the bathroom, no liquor at the roof top bar, and wish pool was more in the sun because it's quite chilly. Overall good experience though.

Great views from the room from the 20th floor, comfortable beds and spacious room. Beach not far, shopping centre around the corner

Shower pressure was not good, the blind in the bathrooms weren't very clean as there was build up of products, and black hair.Had asked twice for some birthday decorations upon arrival for our son, and told that this would be noted and done, however, this was not done leaving me having to go out to find decorations.Mini fridges in both parts of the room, 1 had a bad smell, and both barely kept any of our drinks/food cold.Hallways between the rooms and elevator had no air-conditioning running.We're not really told about what the hotel offers or what part of the beach had the sun loungers etc

Super clean and welcoming hotel. Staff was very pleasant and even make a birthday cake for my husband.

Was a bit upset with breakfast but still can find something to eat. No machine coffee ( latte/cappuccino) that normally have in 5 stars hotel

The room was very nice and location was good

The steam room was never turned on so you had to ask and come back o n hour later to find it was on the minimum settings and not anywhere near hot enough. When trying to explain this no staff really spoke English so no issues could ever be solved, such as the faulty scales in my room.

Breakfast buffet was good and lotte mart is only a 3 minutes' walk away. Just a short stroll away from the bustling main street, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet environment.

Hotel has kids room, spa, gym. Pillows was super comfortable! Good soundproofing. No noises from the street. We were in 21st floor. King room with ocean view was beautiful.

Very dusty under the bed. Some silicon in the bathroom not clean. The door inside of the bathroom was dirty with previous guests finger prints all over the door.shouldn’t be like this in 5star hotel.First morning we saw a situation in the breakfast buffet, when some kid at the next table brake a cup and immediately came manager and family had to pat for it. Kid was crying, parents were stressed, was very uncomfortable to see it. At the check out we had to pay for a dirty towel. What?! Never had experience like that.

Crowded with many tour bus tourists and some areas didn’t have air conditioning. Clean up staff doesn’t really clean thorougly

Bedroom was lovely. Great view. Bath fab. Great selection for breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. One day I had to leave early to make way for a couple and then another day had to wait for a seat.

Near the sea. The staff was amazing and helped me book a tour and a bus to my next travel destination.

the food could be better: breakfast is aimed at Chinese guests, but even so the dishes are not the best in taste. There are comparisons: Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Pattaya
